General Questions
The JunXion is West Toronto's premier all-ages entertainment venue
featuring four immersive worlds under one roof: Dino Dig
Expedition, Club D nightclub, VR experiences (Battlefield &
Escape Rooms), and Arcade Overdrive. We're a family-run business
located in The Junction, proudly serving families throughout West
Toronto including Roncesvalles, Bloor West Village, High Park,
Royal York, Kingsway, and beyond.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance!
Reservations are required for all parties, camps, and private
events. For general play sessions and experiences, we recommend
booking ahead to guarantee availability, especially on weekends
and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when space permits, but booking
ensures you won't be disappointed.

Every party includes 2 hours exclusive access, meals + drinks for
10 guests, FREE cake, party coordinator, and $200 in arcade cards!
Our party packages include
10 guests
with food and drinks. You can add additional guests for an extra
fee. Each party theme has a recommended age range to ensure the
best experience. For larger groups or custom events, check out our
Private Venue Buyouts
for full facility access!

Setup and cleanup included
We provide a complimentary cake with every party package! However,
if you'd like to bring your own special cake or have dietary
restrictions, you're welcome to bring outside cake. We provide all
meals and drinks as part of the package. Outside food and
beverages (other than cake) are not permitted due to health and
safety regulations.

We offer camps throughout the school year:
PA Day Camps:
Full-day programs on Professional Activity days
March Break Camps:
Week-long specialty camps (March 2026)
Summer Camps:
10 weeks of Adventure Camp plus 17+ specialty themes
Specialty themes include Dino Explorer, Knights & Dragons, VR
& Tech, Chess, DJ, Eco-Warrior, Forensic Fun, and many more!
Regular Hours:
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Extended Care:
Available for additional fee (7:30 AM drop-off, 6:00 PM pickup)

Field trips for applicable specialty camps
Most camps serve ages
5-13,
grouped by age within each camp week. Some specialty camps have
specific age ranges (e.g., Dino Explorer ages 5-7, DJ Camp ages
8-13). Chess camp welcomes ages 5-18! Each camp groups children
appropriately to ensure age-appropriate activities and peer
interaction.
Experiences & Pricing
You can purchase arcade game cards and book VR experiences on-site
at The JunXion or online through our booking system. Arcade cards
can be reloaded and used across multiple visits. VR experiences
should be booked in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot.
Walk-ins welcome when space permits!
Yes! VR experiences have a minimum age of
8 years old. Headsets fit best for children 4'6" and taller. VR is not
recommended for those prone to motion sickness. Children under 8
can enjoy our Dino Dig, Arcade, and Club D experiences!
Yes! We offer special pricing for school groups, youth
organizations, corporate team building, and private venue buyouts.

Policies & Other

page. Generally: Parties and camps require advance notice for
cancellations (typically 7-14 days) for refunds or credits.
Experience bookings can often be rescheduled. We understand life
happens — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make
changes!
Yes, all guests must have a signed waiver on file. For children
under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. You can complete
the waiver online when booking or in-person upon your first visit.
Waivers remain valid for one calendar year.
Yes! Our SNAX Food Bar offers snacks, drinks, pizza, and treats
for purchase. Party packages include meals and drinks. Outside
food and beverages are not permitted (except for party cakes with
prior approval). We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with
advance notice.
We strive to make The JunXion accessible to all guests. Our
facility includes accessible entrances, washrooms, and
accommodations for guests with mobility needs. Some experiences
(like VR) may have physical requirements. Please contact us in
advance so we can ensure the best experience for your needs!
