Guests with heart conditions, recent injuries, epilepsy, or other medical concerns should consult a doctor before participating in VR experiences. Please disclose ALL medical concerns when booking so our staff can advise.
All VR headsets are thoroughly sanitized between uses. We use medical-grade cleaning solutions on all surfaces that contact skin. Guests who wear glasses can comfortably use the headsets — no need to remove them.
