Important information about bookings, cancellations, and facility rules to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Payment Policies

Reservations

  • All parties, camps, and private events require advance booking and confirmation
  • General experiences and arcade play are first-come, first-served (booking recommended)
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

Payment

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash
  • Party and camp deposits are required at time of booking
  • Full payment is due 7 days prior to party/event date
  • HST applies to all services and products

Deposits & Refunds

  • Party deposits: 50% of total package price (non-refundable within 14 days of event)
  • Camp deposits: $100 per week (non-refundable within 7 days of camp start)
  • Experience bookings: Full refund with 24-hour advance cancellation

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Parties & Private Events

  • More than 14 days before: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 7 days: No refund, credit toward future booking
  • No-shows: No refund or credit

Camps

  • More than 14 days before camp start: Full refund minus $50 admin fee
  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund, credit toward future camp
  • Emergency situations: Reviewed case-by-case

Experiences & General Play

  • Cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice for full refund
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) receive credit toward future visit

Weather & Illness: We understand life happens! If you're sick or there's severe weather, contact us and we'll work with you to reschedule without penalty.

Code of Conduct

The JunXion is a family-friendly, inclusive environment where everyone should feel safe and welcome. We expect all guests to:

  • Treat others with respect — no bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
  • Follow staff instructions — our team is here to keep everyone safe
  • Supervise your children — parents/guardians are responsible for children under 10 at all times
  • Use equipment properly — intentional damage will result in charges
  • Keep facility clean — please use trash and recycling bins
  • No outside food or drinks — except approved party cakes
  • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking — this is a substance-free venue
  • No running in VR areas — safety first!

Zero Tolerance: Aggressive behavior, threats, property damage, or violation of safety rules will result in immediate removal without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Liability & Waivers

Waiver Requirement

All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities at The JunXion. For guests under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf. Waivers can be completed:

  • Online when booking
  • In-person upon arrival (arrive 10 minutes early for first visit)
  • Waivers remain valid for one calendar year

Assumption of Risk

By entering The JunXion, guests acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. While we maintain the highest safety standards, The JunXion and its owners/staff are not liable for injuries resulting from normal use of facilities or failure to follow instructions. Guests participate at their own risk.

Medical Conditions

Guests with medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, seizures, motion sickness, pregnancy) should consult a physician before participating in VR experiences or physically active attractions. Please inform staff of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.

Lost or Stolen Items

The JunXion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times. We recommend leaving expensive items at home. Lost and found items are held for 30 days.

Photo & Video Policy

Personal photos and videos are welcome! Capture your memories, but please be respectful of other guests' privacy. Do not photograph or film other people's children without permission.

The JunXion may take photos/videos for marketing purposes. By entering, you consent to being photographed/recorded. If you prefer not to be in promotional materials, please notify staff.

Commercial filming or photography requires advance written permission and may incur fees.

Accessibility & Accommodations

We're committed to making The JunXion accessible to all guests. Our facility includes accessible entrances, washrooms, and accommodations for guests with mobility needs. Some experiences may have physical requirements or limitations.

Need accommodations? Please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit so we can ensure the best possible experience. We're happy to work with you!

Changes to Policies

The JunXion reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policies. For major changes affecting existing bookings, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
