General Refund Information

Please review our cancellation terms carefully. Refund eligibility varies by booking type. See the Cancellation & Rescheduling section below for specific policies on parties, camps, and other bookings.

Please book carefully. We strongly recommend reviewing your booking details, date, time, and party size before completing payment.

  • No refunds, credits, or make-up days are provided for public holiday closures

Note: Camp may also be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify families as early as possible.

Please note: Missed days due to illness are not eligible for refunds or credits. We encourage registering only when your child's schedule is confirmed.

A note from our family: As a small, family-run local entertainment centre, reserved time slots that go unfilled directly impact our ability to serve our community. That said, we understand life happens — if you have an exceptional circumstance, please reach out. We'll do our best to work with you where we can, though we cannot guarantee accommodations.
