What Parents Should Know

Safety, supervision, and what to expect at Club D

Supervision by Age

  • • Under 10: Must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • • Ages 10–13: May enjoy attractions without direct supervision, but a parent/guardian must remain on-site.
  • • Ages 14+: May visit independently without a parent on-site.

Safety Measures

  • • Facility monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
  • • Staff trained in first aid, first aid kits on-site.
  • • All staff undergo background checks and safety training.
  • • Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior.

Venue & Policies

  • • No alcohol. Just good vibes.
  • • All guests must have a completed waiver on file.
  • • Drop-off friendly for appropriate ages. Parents welcome to stay in our lounge area.
  • • Regular cleaning and sanitization throughout the day.
